Company marks
The lab logos on the team figures. Downloaded, not redrawn — these are the companies' own marks, used nominatively to identify whose model is playing in a like-for-like comparison, which is what every model leaderboard does. The marks remain the trademarks of their owners; the licences below cover each collection's rendering of them, not the underlying trademark rights.

Simple Icons publishes each brand's mark as a single 24×24 path and records the brand's official colour alongside it. OpenAI's and xAI's icons are not in that collection — OpenAI's was removed and xAI's was never carried — so those two come from elsewhere: Wikimedia records the OpenAI mark as public domain, below the threshold of originality and credited to OpenAI itself, and lobe-icons carries xAI's under MIT.
Still hand-drawn
Thinking Machines publishes plain black type and nothing any icon collection carries. Its mark in components/model-marks/thinkingmachines.tsx is our own design — a heavy ring open at the upper right with a dot in the gap — and the header of that file says so. It is not their asset; if an exact mark matters, ask them for one.
Moonshot AI ships under the Kimi mark, so kimi.svg is the file for that lab; Simple Icons also carries a moonshotai sphere, which closes up into a grey ball at the 14px the crest uses, so the K is the one on the field.
Z AI is in no icon collection, and publishes no brand colour that any dataset records. Its mark in components/model-marks/zai.tsx is a drawn letterform rather than the company's own asset, and that team's disc uses the accent this site already assigns it rather than an invented "official" one. If an exact mark matters, ask Z AI for their brand assets.
Colour
components/model-marks/kits-registry.tsx documents where each team's disc colour comes from. Every disc/ink pair is measured against WCAG rather than eyeballed, and a test in tests/rendered-html.test.mjs recomputes them.
Music
Every track here is a real recorded performance — no MIDI, no synthesis. All are freely reusable. Each is the complete recording, loudness-normalised to −16 LUFS and re-encoded to 112 kbit/s MP3; the originals are linked below.
They used to be thirty-second excerpts, looped. The operator asked for the marches to play through, so the excerpts were replaced with the full performances on 2026-08-25. The per-track "Edit" lines below describe the old cuts and are kept for the record; none of the marches is cut any more. The jet fly-by is still the ten-second cut it says it is.
The four Sousa marches are performances by the United States Marine Band ("The President's Own"). Recordings produced by a US federal government band are works of the US federal government and therefore in the public domain, and the compositions themselves lapsed into the public domain long ago.
Marches
Cued one per flyover, in this order.

Deliberately excluded
These are the songs most people would name first, and none of them can be used: "God Bless America" (Berlin, 1938), "This Land Is Your Land" (Guthrie, 1940), "Born in the U.S.A.", "Sweet Caroline", and "American Pie" are all still in copyright. "The U.S. Air Force (Wild Blue Yonder)" looks like a public-domain service song but is not — the MacArthur composition remains under copyright.
